Impossible to loot the tresurechest at the end of t1 gauntlgrym dungeon

I was the only one in party who was unable to loot the tresurechest at the end of the t1 gauntlgrym dungeon.
The looting sequenze started but neither did the chest open, nor did the lootwindow pop up. In addition to that i was unable to leave the dungeon, since i have to collect my loot first ^^

    t2 dungeon had the same problem today on the live server. I couldn't talk to Rhyx either.

    Same problem here, unable to loot treasure chest, and i see no NPC text for quest or other things.
    I can't exit the dungeon too.

    Also having trouble collecting rewards at the end of missions.

    *hint, this will be more likely to occur when people do this famous "speed run" rather than taking the normal road ;)

    When you speed run it , once you get to the campfire at the end outside the boss room run back into the dungeon onto the bridge and a message will appear saying ' Found the entrance to Fardelver tomb' or something along those lines , I think you need to activate that message or you won't have met all the criteria to open the end chest.
