I just took advantage of the dungeon delves and ran 2x Pirate King and 1x Spellplague. Overall, the items were worth a total of 10k AD for 2 hours of work. I could get a **** second job at McDs and do better than this bullcrap. I would have more fun too since doing Spellplague was a nightmare borefest. What's even more funny is that dungeons would be totally worthless without delves.
Also, PWI/Cryptic/whatever needs to raise the gear score requirement on these dungeons. Taking newbies through just because they queue is ridonkulous.
Think faster developers...once TESO comes around, you're getting dumped for the next big thing.

I just wish they make dungeons shorter. Way too many adds, it's like a chore playing through the dungeons. Games are a waste of time, but I don't want to spend my time fighting my way through countless adds.

I really don't think you're getting this whole "game" thing. This is not a job, this is something you do for entertainment. If you're running dungeons (even though you hate them) so you can earn money, then there are far, far better ways to earn money. If you're honestly not enjoying the game, doing almost anything else would be a better use of your time.
Which is fine, it's just that the problem there is you not enjoying the game, rather than the game not paying you enough to beat a minimum wage job. The latter was never, ever, the intention, and the idea that it should be is so idiotic I can't believe I even have to point this out.

I've been farming T2 dungeons for 2 months with DD and I have yet to see a drop of a T2 piece that I need. Don't feel too bad.
Also, PWI/Cryptic/whatever needs to raise the gear score requirement on these dungeons. Taking newbies through just because they queue is ridonkulous.
Random queues are random. It's ridonkulous to enter into a random queue and complain about what you get. If you want a specific experience then don't use a system that will result in a random experience. Make your own group, or join a group that has what you want in it.
Did spellplague today and the Avatar of War helm dropped. The other CW in the group became 2 million AD richer.
What you are saying is basically that one can get extremely lucky and get the valuable loot. I've done Spellplague many times and haven't see anything particularity valuable.
Problem here are extreme differences in value of same-tier items in this game. There is sooo many HAMSTER items with stats no one wants that these are the ones dropping the most. One can do 20 dd Spellplague runs and still don't get anything valuable if rolls are bad, especially if he keeps getting t1 loot from t2 dungeon chest (what is like a slap in the face).
Seal system is there to prevent useless time-investment but those items are so weak they are nothing more than some starter gear for dungeons. What lacks here are powerful items you can buy let's say for 500 drake seals. That would make any, even most unluckiest dungeon run, a small but real step towards better gear. If they plan making gear BoP they will have to make seal system more attractive anyway.
Some people complain this game is like an asian mmo but I don't agree with this. On the contrary, I see it clearly lacks grinding aspect. Whole end-game is either you get extremely lucky or you don't. There is not much you can work (not gamble) by yourself. Furthermore, there is no open world or even no zones lvl 60 characters can grind if they want to make sure profit or just relax. They are forced to gamble for loot all the time, investing their time and often getting nothing in return.

This game is good and I will debunk all of your game bashing with pure logic. This game is good and I will continue playing it at my current rate of play for the foreseeable future. The only people who think this game is pay to win are free players without jobs, but that is not our problem to get you a job. Jobs are easy so the game is fine and everyone can just agree now.
Do not listen to the haters Cryptic. Neverwinter will be around for 100 years!

That is sort of what I was saying.
Keep in mind 2 million AD is quite a bit for one item, it is an example of a very very valuable item. On the same run I pulled the high vizier chest from DD chest which would net me around 100k AD which isn't bad at all. Personally I"m pretty happy with any loot I get from a delve run that's over 20k AD value, since to me that means at least I got something as a reward aside from the fun of playing the content.
Really though, if you want to make AD running dungeons the way to go is CN. On beholder, the cheapest CN item was selling for 400K+ last I checked (the knot). Here again though, you have to get lucky to get the loot since you have to roll on it. It's not like randomness in loot is new to mmos though. If you really don't want to leave it up to the dice roll you could always run CN with 4 friends and either split profits, or run till everyone gets 1 item or whatever.

So you want a 100% good drop every dungeon delves? Oh common, what a boring world it would be if we get items so much easy. What do you think will happen to the economy if everyone can get their thing in DD? Would you like me to elaborate further?
3 no good runs and you cry already? I have even run a spell plague for like 25th run before i get my BiS Helm.
He even threat the Company. What a loser.
There's three ways to do things, the right way, the wrong way and the way that I do it.
I really pity this kid. I am sure he is a spoiled one. Doesn't want to work hard for things he wants. Get a good life buddy, you don't belong to any MMO game.

If you don't enjoy the combat mechanics and fighting stuff, like we're supposed to do in this game, i suggest you find another one you enjoy more. Why wasting time on something you don't like?

Pirate King has never been a lucrative delve run, as a suggestion I wouldn't bother doing it period.

I agree, pirate king is a worthless dungeon. Don't even waste your time running it.
I skirmished yesterday, we killed the bosses one after the other, at the last one it was tense but we won eventually. It was fun.
