Free respec or no?

Read that we were supposed to get a free respec when game goes live. This true? If so, how do you go about respeccing? Thanks.

    It was already given over a week ago for characters that already existed.

    Press P for your powers and it should be on the bottom left hand corner.

    It was given before the game went live - only for characters created before the "balance" patch was released. There will probably be another given when/if they release the additional specialization paths that have been promised "soon" for many months and probably are still well in the future.
