TAKE OFF CHARACTER BOUND!!!
It is ridiculous to have EVERYTHING bound to your character in this game. Lack of bank space makes it worst!
Expensive items you can't even get a dime for once your done with it because it's stuck to your account with no option to resell other then the npc.... BLAH!
Rethink your strategy and for the love of ... DO SOMETHING WITH THE CLERIC!!! (or at least UNDO what you did)!
Thank you.

If items weren't bound, then they wouldn't be pulled out of circulation. by making items bound, you reduce the supply somewhat, and keep prices and items in demand.
Imagine if you could get, say, your blue set of gear then transfer or sell it on the AH when you start getting purples... It gets rid of any commitment one must make when selecting gear, and there's no downside to buying and using lesser gear now, vs holding off till later.

What pissed me off during the leveling process was the overabundance of bound items I constantly found in my inventory. I was always getting potions and scrolls and what have you that were bound to my character. This wouldn't normally be a problem if not for the bound items taking up a complete inventory slot separate from the non-bound versions. Unless you're willing to pay for those overpriced bags, bag space is at a premium and I really didn't appreciate having to wrestle with my inventory continuously because Cryptic apparently thinks being able to sell some crappy low-leveled potion is going to break the economy or something.
Just to clarify, I'm not arguing for removing the bind system entirely, just ease up on some of the more extreme ways it's being used or devise a better way of keeping those free HAMSTER items in check (god forbid some bots strike it rich selling stacks of potions for 1AD each or something LOL).
Not sure how playing the same 2 maps over and over again with the same pvp mode over and over again is "Perfect" ! Gold spammers in chat, bugs in dungeons, far too many currency choices rendering gold practically useless!
The visual is too demanding still even after they "said they took it down"... I could go on.
F2P's will never be perfect and I guaranty within the next few months this game will be infected with hacks and more AH dupe items!
Gotta disagree. If items didn't bind there would be no reason to run dungeons, quests, or whatever. There wouldn't be an economy. Not to mention PWE would made no money on this game with gear just changing hands.

I plan on playing this game, just as much as I have this last week, for the foreseeable future.
Are you a undercover game dev that's trolling the forums?? because with all the issues in pvp as well as issues with the classes and lack of content to play after hitting lvl 60 this game is far from perfect.

The only way of getting around this would be to make it so that if you try to combine a stack of bound and non-bound items, you get a prompt warning you that if you click OK, all items in the stack will become bound. If you click OK, then the stacks combine and all items in said stack become bound to you.

My only gripe with it is the Bound consumables. Irritating beyond belief. Binding is really to control the items that are rare and wanted on the market (such as high level tier items). bind scrolls that are a daily consumable, and random drops, is beyond silly.
Especially when high levle gear is BoE on the auction. so we can all buy our tier gear cheaper then dirt, but then turn around and spend all our spare money on scrolls and pots when our alt has 3 stacks of each that are bound....

you mean the heavily imbalanced botters and cash dumpers might not be able to totally own others as severely as they do now could change cause the heavily under geared could become simply moderately undergeared?

The game is perfect, as far as I am concerned.

You know its not like the AH is overloaded with lots of purples that are BoE like a second hand thrift store.
/sarcasm off
