Grey Wolf Den (epic): how to win the boss fight?

After several tries with pickup groups without success I have no idea how to win the last fight. Two clerics could probably be helpful, but that is never the case in PUGs.

Often one gets insta-killed by stackin hands or several shadow wolves rushing in (on a 80% purple cleric).

So, how do the successful groups handle the fight?

Right now I don't do it. If fact, I mainly do 2-3 DD. That's it. The ones that are way too costly in potions/gold/kits, I just ignore. There are other ways to make AD and get good gear.

I have done it in a PUG as a cleric but it is a very tough fight, although not the hardest Tier 2 by any means.

I think the Shadow wolves adds are triggered by the boss hitting a melee with a special attack, so perhaps whoever is on the boss could try to avoid that attack?

Run in cirkles, use skills that's not slow, atk when you get a chanse, if you stop, you probably die.

Similarly to the non-epic, have the rogue solo the boss and dodge like crazy. Getting hit triggers the shadow wolves.
The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

Casters cannot cast while running. When a caster initiates a power right before a red lit area appears underneath him there's barely time to dodge. And the wolves have a dash attack that hit from several meters away. So running isn't always an option. Especially if the healer desperately needs to cast something because the teammates are gnawed on.

Does every hit trigger wolves, or a specific bigger one?

With a traditional grp - one of each class:

DC: Stay up top, astral shield on the boss - when add waves come, astral shield on yourself
CW: Stay up top with the cleric, pull adds off melee to top to kill. dps from top when adds dead
GF: Tank boss, block all big attacks to avoid spamming many shadow wolves
    TR: dps fast, don't die
GWF: Kill shadow wolves, dps boss fast when they dead, during add waves, go back up to help cw less he's boss and can solo them. Don't die (hardest job since they have no dodge/block)

    -Epic Dread Vault Crushed.
Characters (Dragon): Axer (60 Guardian, Leader of Crush It!), Controller (60 Wizard), Warlocker (60 Warlock)

    Thats why you run in cirkles (they cant dash you until you stop or run forward)... (;
