    I tried testing this before the fixes to constitution. At the time it was a minimal improvement. With the recent changes it might be more viable if it affects the armor penetration values. It does seem popular with Tenebrous enchantment builds for PVP but these builds are so item based I am not sure this contributes anything.

    I'd love to test what it does now but can't afford the respecs. The Wizard feat that improves the damage bonus from Int by 5% is actually giving me a 5.7% damage bonus, so god knows what kind of bonus you'll get from this.
