Are the Foundrys fixed yet?

I cant seem to find a answer to this when looking. Are the Foundrys fixed yet?

I was working on my quest and for the past 2 days, unable to access it. I've spent over 4 weeks trying to set up the environment and I am afraid since the game went live, that Perfect World might throw the excuse of corrupt data or something on their side. I really don't want to start all over again and I tried accessing the support page but I can't seem to load it at all.

I'm really at a loss. The help service is so crappy, not sure if this game is worth the trouble.

    Why you got no access? Where is the problem?

    When click on the Quest I've been working on I get 3 different "Errors".

    When clicking Foundry it stalls and get a "Timed Out".
    When clicking Quest to Edit it "Times Out".
    When clicking loading the quest to edit it "stalls" on the loading bar then "disconnects" me for taking too long.

    However after logging on for the 11th time, I was able to load my quest to edit.

    Is there any reason why its acting this way? I know its on "PW" 's side of things but that was ridicules.

    Problem is, I wasn't trying to "Publish" it. In fact I have not finished it. So in this situation, it was merely trying to access the "Foundry" and the quest to finish working on it.

    I needed 4 times today to log in. But 11th times? Uhh...
