Soulforge Enchant

I'm thinking about getting a greater soulforge enchant for my CW, but wonder whether it is worth it. How often does it proc in people's experience? Does it work in PvP, or just PvE? How likely is it to be gimped in future patches?

Also, for the weapon, I was thinking vorpal. Thoughts?

    It is very nice. I don't have a greater, but it still has saved me more than once. It can proc once a minute ad I have found the proc takes a second, it doesn't happen the moment you hit less than 25% health so if someone has you low and delivers a follow up blow fast you still get hit. Otherwise it is excellent.

    Vorpal I have as well. It is alright, mine is the normal one thr provides %25. It doesn't turn out to be a significant as I hoped.

    And the soulforge works in PvP, too? Not just PvE, right?
