Any means of fast travel? Waypoints, teleporting etc

Kinda tiresome having to run from one point to another all the time...I don't think there is, but I just thought I'd ask if there is a more convenient means of fast travel.

Yes, I know mounts exist. :)

    There are teleport scrolls to Protector's Enclave. IIRC they cost Astral Diamonds, though. The cost is probably not a huge problem for higher level characters pulling in more diamonds a day, but may be prohibitive for lower-level characters.

    I'm not sure but I think if you have a friend or party member on other maps, you can teleport to them.
