I am having a problem with an encounter ambush. Quest not Published.
I want them to be invisible until a designated point in the dialogue is reached (the end of a dialogue).
Problem is The dialogue has three response options...option 1 is to continue the dialogue to it's conclusion, Option 2 does the same thing but the dialogue for this is smart mouth to give players an option on how they want to respond, Option 3 is set to fail story.
Since Option 1 and Option 2 reach the same dialogue conclusion...I have Option 2 linked to Option 1.
I will post som e pictures of the dialogue when I can find out where print screen saves them to.
The Problem I'm having in Foundry editor is that the ambush encounters aren't appearing and attacking.
The trigger "when dialog prompt reached" uses AND logic. So if you used more than one prompt as the trigger it would require ALL of them to have been reached for the trigger to go off. I'm guessing this is the problem.
One way to do what you want would be to include a "transition" prompt which any dialogue ending prompt is directed to, or if you're not using an NPC as the contact you could use component complete (which triggers when a non-NPC's contact dialogue finishes). But in both those cases your fail story option might be a problem....
Don't Panic.
Okay, Panic.

Way to solve this is with a timer I believe, mobs fighting eachother in a hidden room next to the one you want this to happen in. (The trick is to time it right.) Sorry if not much help.
