So i like the fact that a TR can kill me by throwing dagger's at me... How is that even possible for a class to use 1 encounter power and kill someone from full health don"t know of any other class that can do it. Btw i was playing a CW when this happened, so maybe that skill needs to have the damage output in pvp adjusted just a thought.

By 'throwing daggers', I assume you mean the Cloud of Steel at-will.
So instead of the TR using 1 encounter power to kill you, the actual situation went a little like this:
The TR stood still and used 12 at-will strikes, killing the class with the weakest defense in the game, while you just stood there taking them. There is no need for skills to be changed to adjust for PvP, you just need to take a step back, forcing them to stop throwing daggers at you.
May I also mention that after they throw these daggers, they need to wait 36 seconds until they can do so again.

It has to be said, unless you are pvping a rogue that is several levels above you, a CW should not lose to a rogue. Learn your class!
P.S. I play both, with the right build, you can defeat a rogue.

Don't bring logic into this!

CW coming to TR forum say we are OP, cute, want me to get started on your class permanent stunlock to faceroll any person who doesnt have stealth to get away from your targetting or is it unnecessary?

At will sir, not encounter, and it has 12 charges that your CW could shrug off with your free 3 teleporting dodges and may i add, take quite a little bit of time to recover, and after we are done with our precious 12 charges if target is still standing, well, then things aren't so nice anymore. Ah, may i say as well that usually rogues start tossing those from the very border of it's reach, so 1 teleport backwards and tadaaa, you force the rogue to have to walk quite the path to be in casting range again.
You may have forgotten too,but you have a nice encounter called shield that can suck quite a bit of damage, when you see you are being poked you cast it and you will see (or not) the rogue tossing his knifes to the ground and walk away kicking the dirt
