Contact Support? How? Their link goes nowhere.

I have tried Firefox, IE, and Chrome. I cannot contact support outside of the Games I play. I'm not even sure they even look at the in game support tickets. I have been unable to find out why I was globally muted back in May. I put in a report May 15th 2013. Champions online says The last time I logged in was 12-24-1969, and that my account is newly created. STO, I didn't really talk to many people there, but the few I did talk to have had to contact me outside the game to find out what is going on. Is there anyone who even has heard from Support? If so, why are they saying that people need to contact support if support is not listening or receiving tickets from their website? Do I need to travel to California to their main offices to submit my ticket in person? My husband has been all for this for about a month now. He's a US Marine and has severe PTSD. He's tired of this being ignored and no one doing anything about it. Hopefully I don't have to explain why this would be a bad idea for him to go, but if I do decide to go, he has to drive me there. I'd rather keep him home and just get something done about the global muting issue as soon as possible. I know that support does not read the forums, but I think they should. If not that, then maybe a bit of communication between the Forum moderators and support is in order. Here is my effort to contact PerfectWorld Support:

It takes a very nice screenshot by the way. Firefox and IE get the same error page. I noticed Perfectworld has office hours posted, but no other contact information. I had to go to the BBB to find an address and contact number for their offices. Interestingly enough the contact number has been disconnected. Maybe they should invest in a support call center? Or a way for a customer to have better support then nothing. Like I said, I would rather not have to make a trip out to California to talk to someone who can do something. Otherwise refund my money and apologize for the waste of time and money that you have cost me.

PWE doesn't have a live contact number for phone support, except for billing issues. Like it or not, live phone support is going the way of the dodo, due to its expense.

Nope. That's the default "last login" date for PWE forums if you've never logged into that forum. That date is independent of your account creation date.

The support Email is the same as the auto reply emails for in game tickets I have posted. As for the Champions, It could say I had a new account in 1901 for all I care. I just am not happy that I will have to start all over again making contacs enough to have a good team for the larger team missions. That is if I find out if staying with PerfectWorld games is worth it or not.

Umm, the phone number for "billing issues"? Call that number and you will never be connected to anyone to help you. It ends up telling you to call back later.

From what I am seeing there is no way I can appeal the Global Chat mute that I have. I have no explanation. My tickets are just sitting where ever they are being unanswered. People I can talk to outside of the game who put in tickets after I had have gotten answers to their tickets. So either the issue I am having is not high on their list or they just don't care since I gave them that $200 plus the money I spent for the Zen I used. Customer Service Email I have gotten a return Email that tells me that the Email I have sent to only sends outgoing mail, it doesn't accept incoming mail. So the email I sent gets bounced back to me a day after I get that message.

I cannot even do a charge back, since it has been over 3 months since I paid for the game and the services from PerfectWorld.

I couldn't even find a Billing Phone number on the website.
