Astral Diamonds disappeared in auction

I placed a bid on something in the auction house for about 9k in Astral Diamonds. When I logged back in later that day to check on the bid, the bid was not listed in the "My Bids" section, I could no longer find that specific item I had bid on (all the "buy now" prices were different), I did not receive a mail saying I had won the bid or saying I was outbid, and I was not refunded my Astral Diamonds.

In short, when I placed a bid, my Astral Diamonds were taken and I did not receive an item.

    I had the same thing happen with 47k worth. Of course my bug/gm request went to limbo and I have never heard anything. I noticed immediately that my bid didn't appear in "My Bids" and that the AD was not mailed back to me without an 'outbid' indication and also that I had the text confirming my bid was placed successfully. I also noticed the item was no longer in the AH so I don't know if it was purchased or pulled or what.

    That's very unfortunate. 47k is a LOT of time. I hope you end up getting reimbursed somehow.

    I came here to say the same thing. 300k ad now gone. I cant get a response when I open a ticket. Would really like to know what is going on and if my stuff is lost forever.

    Same thing here. I was outbid on an item, mailbox lit up. Ran to the Courier and opened up my mail. The Astral Diamonds were there, I clicked the "take items" button and saw in the lower right side of my screen the orange numbers (new AD) merging with the white numbers (existing AD), looked away to open up the Zen Market Exchange. After setting up how much Zen I wanted to purchase with my AD I went to click the submit button and could not because I didnt have enough AD. Put an in-game ticket and crossed my fingers. What I have been finding is not good news. Looks like this hiccup is gonna cost me 664,000 AD

    Edit, I am dense:I must have insta sold the AD because I checked today and have the 2000 zen in the exchange balance. I have a habit of hitting the Enter key to do things, it usually doesnt work in NW but I guess at the ZME it does. I apologize.

    Same here except i clicked on the get astral diamonds from my mail and then as soon as i logged off and logged back in i lost about 50k.
