Does anyone know the name of this sword to GWF?
How is it obtained?

    Looks like the one that you get from the quests in Vellosk or the dungeon there. Not sure how I got it back then.

    Edit: it might also be the Greatsword of the howling wolf from the epic dungeon.

    The shape looks about right for the one that drops in the Wolf Den.
    However, I don't recognise the effect on the blade. Could that be exclusive to the epic version, or an enchantment?

    It's an enchantment. I guess it's plaguefire.

    The sword is called "Sword of the Shadow Wolf"(blue rarity level 42) or "Greatsword of the Shadow Wolf"(blue rarity level 60, duplicate model).
