Can't access my Power Screen

On my main CW I can no longer access my Power Screen. It started when I hit level 33. It asked me yet again to choose a Paragon Path (which I already did at level 30) but there are no eligible paths to choose from thus I can't get rid of the "Choose Paragon Path" screen and my Power Screen is locked. I can't switch powers and I can't level them up. The game is kind of locked for my because of this. Does anyone know how to get rid of the "Choose Paragon Path" screen?

    I am having the same issue. Is there a fix for this?

    Having the same issue on one of my characters. Still no solution?

    Update: The solution seems to be to restart the game client. Neither relog or change character helps.
