Last evening, I attempted to change my password due to an Account Guard alert . I was informed that the reset had been successful but I was unable to access my game and eventually the website. I then, again, reset my password, was told that it had been successful but still was unable to access either the game or the website. I was repeatedly told that I had either an invalid user name or an invalid password. In each case, I re-tried several times, having made sure that I didn't have caps locked and whatever else I could think of that might have been a stumbling block.
This morning when I again attempted to log in to both game and website, I was able to do so using the second new password. I do not know if this delay is a bug or some other issue but I thought that I should bring it to your attention.
