Yeah, for first time in a very long time I have been super laggy in dungeons.
Normally, I only get very very occasional lag spikes at around peak times coinciding with DD or in very specific parts of dungeons like certain locations in Spellplague where there is a lot of blue spell fire and mobs. Other times I've had some noticeable but not gameplay crippling lag was during the end of beta event.
But today was just weird. Through much of the dungeon, I would either press a key and see an effect like 2 whole seconds later or I would be trying to avoid damage, clearly avoid it on my screen, then get rubberbanded back and take that damage or I would try as usual to compensate early for the game's hitbox auto-targetting while using a spell to single out an enemy between targets and it would fail far more than usual and hit the wrong target.
So, something weird is going on. Either my ISP or on the servers, more likely. My ISP is an unusually extremely reliable cable provider (like something wrong, including dropped connection, once a year if that) and I never use wireless.

I have been having these issues all day long... it only started today. Yesterday (Saturday) I had no issues. I think there was a small patch this morning.
It doesn't occur all the time, but sometimes when I change to an instance, pvp or dungeon for example... I get super laggy and sometimes d/c. The only workarounds are to close and reopen the game, so that you get into a different instance, or go to the map and click "change instance" in the lower right corner of the map. Pick the least populated instance and switch to it. Sometimes it takes me 5-10 minutes just to do this because there is so much lag.
Never had any issues until the June 20th patch, since then lag spikes from hell and constant rubber-banding. Pretty much unplayable at this point. Have no similar issues suddenly arising in other games, seems to only be this one.

quick question for those that posted here... were you playing in windowed mode by chance while experiencing these issues?
I switched to fullscreen and did pvp for a couple of hours and the problems with lag and disconnects went away... maybe there's a bug with the video settings.
I've been having a lot of video lag and a good number of random disconnects since June 20. Before that my video frame rate was much better especially while in Protector's Enclave. My comp was just fine during the invasion portal events until the patch on the 20th. Then after the patch when the servers went up, I thought my machine would freeze during the last few portal invasions due to low frame rate. Something in that launch patch made my machine respond in a negative way. I'm using the same ATI video driver I installed a few months back.
To answer vegasone, I've been using fullscreen mode for a few weeks now. After taking a good look at the video options, I found the default setting had me on maximized windowed mode. I might try switching back to windowed and see if there is a difference.

that is what happen to me, sometimes I get dc'd and many times in dungeons or foundrys for some reason I get 3fps (it cant be my computer tho, because when the mobs disappear it takes about 1min to get back to normal fps, that has no reason to happen

This post wasn't about getting 3fps video lag. This is a post about getting high latency and disconnects in certain instances. You have a different issue.
Not playing window mode and up till sat nite, sunday morning everything was fine. again this morning same HAMSTER. everything was fine and going smooth and now past 30 minutes 10 dc, lag cant move, rubber banding, name it. Game is unable again.
even purchasing zen isnt working and stuck in lag mode, 2 hours now stuck in reviewing after another worked just fine. This is what happens when a game isnt in a beta anymore and goes live, no support or help to resolve issues

Still playing fullscreen mode and still no issues with lag and disconnects today. Make sure you are in fullscreen and not windowed(fullscreen) video mode. The game was unplayable in windowed mode because the server constantly stops responding to my client for whatever reason.

Something is really FUBAR on their side.
