Where to get Customer Service/Support... Here please!

Hey

I have been through the whole ticket process, I came out the end about a month later with my ticket "Solved" isn't that fantastic. Only one problem you guys did nothing, NOTHING!! well that's not totally true you did send me a generic reply saying it was looked into and is now marked as solved and that if I had any further issues I needed to put a post here.

So here is my post:

Had to log in on safe mode due to the login screen sticking, and as I deleted a empty mail it jumped to the next mail, saw my 4 x Master Mail smiths just as they got deleted. can I have them back please its been a week (now 1 1/2 months) and having lost the most expensive items I have has saddened me greatly.
If you need further information look at the ticket that is in your system, it has dates, server etc.

Also the note you guys sent me and then marked as solved has a list is issues None of them apply to my problem, I did not loose these during a rollback.

If anyone has any ideas for getting some support I would appreciate your comments.

    Now if you guys are aware of my issue and are in the process of fixing it (like your generic note states) well that's great but you will have to forgive me if I don't believe that. I would still like my items back seeing I invested $ to buy ZEN because I like the game, but you are loosing my faith very fast.

    I'm afraid this can't be resolved on the forums. I don't know the details of your report or why they didn't solve the issue (and please don't post the private correspondances) but open another support ticket and customer service will get back to you.

    Nobody on the forums has the power to resolve any in account related issues. :(

    Since these matters can't be resolved through the forums they are not fit for forum discussion. I am sorry but I am closing the thread and the only place I can direct you is back to customer support.
