Hey there, I normally have very low latency when it comes to network connections to MMO servers and have been noticing some rubberbanding, where my character zips back when I'm trying to move forward, like a record skipping. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution? Inb4 get a new ISP etc.

It's more server lag than your internet atm... They just opened up servers to a large # of people and I'm sure are in the middle of optimizing things on their end now that the scale of players / server load has been cranked up. TBH it's already gotten a bit better after this morning's work they did.
Gave in to that momentary sadistic twitch...

Try another instance? Cause I'm not getting any latency at all.

Oh Snap! First time I even had much rubberbanding is tonight. Ruined my whole evening of play. Booted off 3 times, once in the orc skirmish...sorry team! Relogged just in time to cash in....heh! Returned to the middle of a swarm of orcs and couldn't leave or die or run with my companion..when I thought it was safe several times....SNAP! Groundhog Day! Cue the Sonny and Cher, I got you Babe and right back to the pile of cute orcs.
I checked my netflix and the streaming was flawless without delay. When you eliminate all of the things it is not, then what remains is certainly the answer: its you....Whatever updates you performed today lagged the heck out of my west USA connection and it plainly su cks.

I have found a possible reason and fixed it for me. It seems that the setting for using multiple cores under troubleshooting was causing the issue, I have a dual core but this game cant seem to use it right. So i have it set to use a single core, had a little dps drop but no rubberbanding.
