    Those items are for sale to an NPC. All items with the "treasure" description are for that, or you can use to roleplay.
    The keys in this case as well. If you look a little bit through the forums, you will see a post regarding this where it's stated that the keys were used on a previous stage of the game for opening certain chests in the Blackdagger Crypt...but no longer required.

    The tome is probably from a node. It's just something to sell.

    The keys are no longer used. Once upon a time on crypt runs there were bonus chests/boxes that you needed those keys for.

    In short you can sell both of them.
