Can't interact with anything in game

I've got an on-going problem where I can complete the intro quests to get me into Protector's Enclave but then the game is unplayable once I'm in the city. I can delete characters and remake them and do the intro quests just fine.

When it's bugged out I can see other players in game but can't interact with them. I can open windows to inspect other players but they are blank. I can try to chat but am told "chat is offline". I can't open tickets and I can search for similar problems but the search button does nothing and I can't type in the subcategories below the search panel. I can walk around in the city to a limited extent, but am snapped back to the door.

So far I have reinstalled the game twice. I have tried in safe mode, I have run as admin. I have flushed my DNS.

I thought it fixed itself as of today. I deleted a character and started a new one. I was able to get into the city and get into and complete the crypt quest where they steal the crown. But when I left the instance was back to the way it always has been. This time I'm simply stuck at the instance door rather than the Protector's Enclave door. Just like before I can see other players, I can read chat they are entering but I can't interact with anything or anyone.

    I too am experiencing this. Everything was fine until Protector's Enclave. Now I can't even make it to the first quest objective before being reset to zone in point.

    As well as being unable to interact with anything, and chat being offline. Quite frustrating.

    Exact same issue here. Was able to get past the first portion of game until Protector's Enclave. Less than two or three minutes running through Protector's Enclave (doesn't matter where) I get ported back to the zone in port.

    This is a showstopper issue. If this is the kind of issues I'll have to deal with throughout this game I won't be playing it.

    I also have the same problem in game when I reach Protectors Enclave, does anyone know how to fix it?

    my only problem with the game is the launcher isnt visable lol sucks for you guys

    I found a resolution. I followed the suggestion by alektynv to disable WinpkFilter LightWeight Filter in my LAN properties and it fixed the problem.

    Confirmed. This fix worked for me as well. Thanks!

    Local Area Connection Properties-> Disable "WinpkFilter LightWeight Filter"
