Founders Pack Ending Soon? Or Not?

So there have been multiple dates released when the "Founders Packs" would stop being sold. Now that the game has gone "Live" I would assume that the packs would be taken down and no longer sold. However I was proven wrong.

It seems the founders pack has been renamed "NeverWinter Packs" for what ever reason. But wouldn't all of this be considered false advertising? I paid for an item that was said to be ending but never ends.... hmmmmmm.

    The packs willbe available forever, however you cant get the "founder" title anymore.

    Oh nice. Then if later on I feel comfortable with the Hero's then I can get it. Nice. Well I already have the Guardian's and Founder Title so I'm not exactly losing anything xD
