Cryptic: Have you forgotten about the Caturday Heavy Inferno Nightmares?

I'm one of many people who opened a legitimately acquired lockbox with a key bought with ZEN and acquired a Heavy Inferno Nightmare during the rollback period on "Caturday". This is extremely unlucky and unfair and Cryptic has said they would restore them "some time", but it seems like we are falling by the wayside.

I spent a fair bit of money on this game, and happen to be a bit of an opinion leader with a group of friends when it comes to what we play. We all really like it, but this issue is stopping me from playing. In fact, this is so upsetting I might just see what I can do in terms of chargebacks if this isn't addressed soon, since I feel like you guys pretty much sold me stuff then lied to me. I've never done that for a game before. I've even let things I probably should have charged back go, but this just feels like a slap in the face.

Hopefully something is done about this, but it really seems like they've forgotten.

I feel sorry for you, but you should really have realised how Cryptic operates when their press release creatively blamed the Caturday incident on "a small number of players who discovered that bug earlier the same day". I don't know anyone who believes this, and that should tell you all that you need to know......

Rollback means according to pw during those hours anything that happened didn't happen, so boxes opened during rollback time didnt happen, you didn't lose anything and a chargeback will be interesting because PW gave you what you paid for, eg. keys, the mount was luck from a lockbox and you still got that after the rollback, so pw will prb win and disputing payment means account ban. (read UELA)

I don't like your chances, hope you get it but id be very surprised should they take items off players who used keys during the rollback time who then used those same keys (refunded after rollback) to get items?

Threatening company to try to get them to do something for you? o.O

Chargeback = automatic perma-ban of your entire PW account. (Which means if you play any OTHER PW games, you get banned from those as well.)

Instead of bringing this to the forums, your best bet it to file a ticket with CS.

Actually they said they would look into possible solutions and never guaranteed anything.

Man has a right to ask questions whether you "love" the game or not. Straight up.
