Forming a guild.

5 friends and I tried to form a guild just a moment ago,we read the requirements at the guild registrar there is no requirement stated that you all need to be level 15,have bought a founders pack or have transferred zen into your accounts.

I tried to form the guild and was presented with an error stating that...Everyone has to be lvl15,has bought a founders pack or has transferred zen into their accounts.

What is going on here?

    Ya that's the rule to create a guild.

    - lvl 15+
    and
    - put some money into the game.

    My advice is that u and ur friends join a guild if you plan on doing new content as it requires being in a guild. Other then that guilds aren't needed. Just find any old guild and get an invite, loads of guild recruiting atm.
