CW Shield bug STILL not fixed.

Arcane Power stacks still do not reduce the cooldown on CW's shield spell. It has now been two patches, and the seeming inability or unwillingness to fix fundamental, class-breaking bugs has been enough to all but drive me away from this game. I can deal with my Shadow Weaver set bonus not working 60% of the time. I can deal with intentional nerfs to my feats and abilities. I cannot deal with class-breaking bugs that are simply ignored for not one, but two consecutive patches. Please address this.

    also shield is not working, nightmare feat sometimes is over me (while would debuff only target enemy), archmage set not working,...
    the crazy thing is that it is not for all CW, so pls fix them, cause i am one of the broken :(
