After participating to the whole thing, 3 of the party members got into T2 while me and another friend got a message that you have to participate in the whole event or something like that. It didn't let us queue with them even if we were together the whole time. I got the pve token, bot not the pvp. Did I do something wrong or the game is FUBAR as usual?

Of course we won both the pvp and pve phase.
I think you need the PvP token also in order to get into the T2 dungeon.
I won the pvp why didn't i get the token as everyone else in my party?

Keep in mind that your PvE and PvP instances are NOT the only ones going. You have to watch the bar at the top to see the overall score. Your instance's score is the smaller bar to the right and you can win both your instances but if your faction loses that means you do the tier 1.

If that's the case then it's a horrible design. It doesn't matter how well you do in your instance if everyone else is losing. No one is going to continue to run this HAMSTER if that's the case. It's boring enough regardless.
Explain to me why 3/5 in my party got in while the rest didn't. We either should have ALL gone in to t2 or none. And I did watch the bar you mention. We won in both cases and we were all in the same instance at all times.
