Characters gone and can't log on

So I was doing the gauntlgrym and was got disconnected, one of the few times this happened during the event the 30 minutes I was in there. But this time was different, I got booted out of game, tried to relog and no characters showing up, saying I have nothing left.

So i tried to restart my patcher. NOW my patcher wont show, it will show on my toolbar that it is there and running but wont show for me to enter my password.
I tried to restart computer, tried to run as admin and nothing.

They are about to lose a paying customer real quick here.

You need to reinstall , I had the same issue yesterday , it only took me a few minutes since I already had the client downloaded .

be careful of the gauntlgrym many bugs and you will lose your account

I bet you will reinstall. Corrupted programs happens all the time with computers. And sometimes a clean install is needed.

lol, why reinstall when you can install a different game from a different company
