    Thats new, I wonder if that just a glitch or if there is an exploit to equip gear higher than your level.

    Unless I'm mistaken, this is what you call 'twinking'. If you have gear and money to blow, you can easily afford to buy stuff off the auction house and send it to your alts to make their leveling easier.

    He has 25 DEX , 20 STR and 15 CHA so I'd guess that he is a lvl 60 but that his character screen is buggy?

    Except its a lvl 18 wearing gear restricted to lvl 60s.

    It's called Photoshop, maybe you people have heard of it?

    I believe that if that toon is a lvl 43 he can't equip lvl 60 Gear. Unless that has changed?

    My GF had a 9700 gs at lvl 54 because i could equip the lvl 60 gear before they fixed it. Prolly the same case here.

    My gear is supposed to be lvl 60 only but at the time it was listed at lvl 38 or something crazy. I basically one shot everything from 38 on, lol. Good times.

    Might be the bug above.
    Or the hack that some use to super gear lowbies.

    erm i hate to point this out but those are your stats and gear level your seeing not his (it's bugged for some reason).
