I'd like to see someone make a quest that's like a Mass Effect 2 mission...

For those of you who played the game, do you remember the Purgatory? That prison you had to go to to pick up a new squad member? I'd like to see that sort of quest, if only for that small conversation between Shepard and a guard.

Guard: "...you'll have to relinquish your weapons."
Shepard (renegade response): "I'll relinquish one bullet. Where do you want it?"

You can "Youtube" it if you like. I'm sure it's there somewhere.

I'm sure the Trickster Rogue would be able to use that line. Not sure about the other classes though.
*sings* "I like Gammera! He's so neat!!! He is full of turtle meat!!!"

"Hah! You are doomed! You're only armed with that pathetic excuse for a musical instrument!!!" *the Savage Beast moments before Lonnehart the Bard used music to soothe him... then beat him to death with his Fat Lute*

Well you could always go Renegade(*** Fine I can't write it, but you all know it. ) option as a cleric ^^ - Nah but You mean some sort of campaign quest then? Followers are meh at best. The foundry is kind of limiting in that aspect. And I think at best, you might be able to create some sort of semi-guard/npcish workaround.

Or do you mean the storyline? - Like go there, enter certain place and bring certain character out with you, then proceed to next quest/mission done?

yeh i fail to see the point of your post. you jsut want someone to make a quest so you can say that line? or are you actually thinking of an extraction type mission. that could be interesting if done correctly. right now NPCs who follow you are annoying as hell in foundry and difficult to get to do what you want them to do for your quest.

The exact reason I made a follower dispawn/spawn when you reach the end of the area. (As in, she isn't required to follow.)

I love this idea. Perhaps I will look into it.

The foundry quest The Orcish Menace does something really similar to this.
    The Delusions Quartet
Act 1: Nightmare on Market Street
Act 2: My Best Friend's Evil Wedding

yeh right now that seems to be the best way to deal with npcs who follow you. options are far too limited right now to make seamless quest paths with them..
