Hidden Treasures

I am only receiving an item in one of every three or four treasure chests?
Which is not much at all?

Is this a bug?
Or is there a reason I have not been getting anything?

When I accept, in the chat dialog is says: "You have received your treasure."
But I get nothing..

This has been happening for about a week now.

    This has been happening to me in Foundry quests mostly now, too!

    It's getting a little annoying actually..
    I get more empty than loot.

    *Bump... this is still happening.

    I am not getting any loot in end quest treasure chest?

    What is happening?

    I used to think this was a bug. The chest will show no items but after you accept you can see the loot you gain in bottom right hand corner. I haven't run in to this problem though after last big patch.

    I receive nothing - not in the right hand corner of the screen, and more specifically, in my inventory!

    This is now happening at every chest.
    It started out just happening a few times, the frequency increased, and now I no longer receive end quest rewards at all.!
