Please do something about the Zen, Astral Diamond Hack and Gold Spammers.

DEV's and those in charge of Game security!
This game is slowing being ruined by Zen and Astral Diamond Hackers. They continue to develop new hack programs every time the game is updated. Add this to the Gold Spammers who are out of control and also using these programs- and you can see that you are easily loosing profits and the game economy is going to <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.
These programs can be found by just googling.
I hope that your only solution is not just giving a account ban on these people. You need to include a IP ban on them as well. With the amount of gold spammers I am seeing - I know your GM's or security are not banning them on the spot (in game) - which they should.
Perfect World - It's your money being ripped off and it's our game that is going to take the down fall in the long run.
Do I even need to mention the Player Bots and PVP hacks as well?
If you don't get this stuff under control soon.... I won't be staying long at this game. :mad:

You seriously would quit over zone chat spam? Really? I know the spam from these bot scammers is annoying but you seriously can't find a way to cope with it?
