Wow! It's so broken i don't know if it's only for me or it's like that for everyone, but when i tried to respec my character to lvl 30 well i couldn't assign more than 7 points in my powers, at lvl 10 is 2 and lvl 20 is 5. the feats points and ability do not save. Gees how im suppose to try me quest if i can't play on different lvl. Is there a way to set everything back to lvl 1? thanks!

Same here. I made a lvl 10 guardian fighter all good so far, powers, feats, ability all good. Nice daily foundry quest and working on my campaign 2nd quest. Now respeccing to rogue trickster. Uhm, same problem like you. Can't go back to my first lvl 10 GF, because again this respec does not allow me to save things.
So, how am I able to save the new assigned points/abilities/feats ? I can only assign 2 points in powers, that's all. I just can't test my daily quest properly like before.

I'm kinda eager for a solution.

Yes its so broken that it is beyond a joke.

Considering how essential it is to be able to test UGC with different classes, builds and levels I would have thought that fixing that was very close to being the #1 priority for the Foundry.

    Apparently not.

I, for one, relish the challenge of playtesting things with nothing but a single at-will power.

It's stupid, but the only real way to test missions is throw it into live and lock it somehow to keep people from actually completing it.

Hmm, seeking the foundry forum, this issue is open more then a month? wow.
I'll leave it to that. At least respec to lvl 21 you can save your ability and feats. And 5 power points. Still something better then lvl 10, 2 powers and nothing else. So you have a daily, 1 encounter and 2 at-wills. Allright, let's put on god-mode. hehe.

There have been 2 year bugs in STO Foundry.

    Keep your expectations very low.

that is a good tip. Invisible wall before the box. Pull it down after your done testing it. Name it a test map so people are less likely to try it.
