GWF's Unstoppable Bug (Non-activation in PVP) is still present

I'm still wondering why this well-known bug with GWF's non-activation of Unstoppable still present in PVPs? Just played a Hotenow Domination earlier and my Unstoppable cannot be activated the whole game. Yes, yes... full bar, pressing Tab repeatedly and even I respawn then refill my Determination for Unstoppable it still won't activate. I thought that the balancing and serious tweaking with PVP has already been provided with the recent updates.

    This happens to me at least once or twice a day as well.

    Unstoppable is one of the key features of GWF, and this should take a high priority to fix. Imagine if TR couldn't ever stealth the whole game. Or if a Cleric couldn't go into Divine mode...

    I can't really pin down an exact way to replicate it, just that it is usually in the middle of intense battles, when I am spamming to go into unstoppable mode. I also noticed it seems to always be a rogue when it happens. Like they are using some kind of an ability which combined with unstoppable makes this bug happen.

    What about all you? Does it only happen when you are fighting against rogues?

    Yeah, it's really frustrating. It often happens to me when there are Rogues around. I'm guessing that TR's Daze may have an effect on GWF's Unstoppable, which leads to its role of generating the bug itself.

    It happens when you push Tab right when you got CC'd. It happens even in PvE. At Pirate King last boss i went to hexer and pushed my Tab right when she used aoe knock up and my Tab bugged for the whole boss fight. We didn't wipe but imagine how it was to tank all those adds without possibility of using Unstoppable.
