Tenebrous enchantment nerfed? or not?

Someone pm'ed me in game that the tenebrous enchantment internal cd was nerfed from 5 seconds to 20 seconds. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks!

Was planning on stacking tenebrous so if it was ninja nerfed i better go to regular enchaments then.

    50% of your dps is kinda exaggerating a bit. Just wanted to know for sure cause the prices for tenes is ever increasing. I don't know if the one who pm'ed me told me the truth or he just wants to get ahead of the competition.

    Still proc-ing like God. No worries, just go tene build its the strongest build for all class so far. No other enchant can match :)

    Even my gwf owns 1v1! :D

    Anyone that stacks Tene's is bad. Get real enchants that aren't buggy. I heard they have been tested and have changed on another thread. There just needs to be 1 Tene per character limit like it should be and then they will be fixed. Until then. Yes there still overpowered. If you stack them what does that make you ? A better question.

    It makes you think you are good at PvP. Reality is you use a bugged item fighting others with bugged items. The person who's bugged item proc's first and the most wins. That isn't successful that is being bad and bored.

    Kudos to the players that took there GTE out of there equipment and sold them :)

    Let me add I saw Lemonade's stands video on the match vs Manchester. Great video I would like to see more of this in this game. Side note. I really would like to see a Premade with no Tene stacks. Only 1 per character so we can actually see what side has some skill and some real PvP. Just a thought since you guys are rich make that video. Premade 1 Tene per toon or none at all. Be a much better video.

    Do gear checks at the beginning make sure no one is cheating. that's if you guys are up to it.

    You guys always forget to mention the downside of this enchantment...
    The lower your health the lower your damage.
    An always-cloaked dagger-throwing TR is the only class that can ran around without losing any health.

    They are nerfed. Anyone who doesn't believe it will find out after they spend all their diamonds thinking they're going to be the new king in PvP. You have been warned.

    Yep they are nerfed with a much longer cooldown. Which makes them very low DPS gain but still good for PvP because of burst.

    This made me laugh !! Thanks needed that. Its Open beta and they will be fixed more so then they already just got nerfed. /facepalm

    Didn't think that was possible from someone in your guild lol. Well assuming at some point you will have to don't you think you should plan for that? Also doesn't have to be today. In all seriousness I think a lot of people will actually pay more attention to a non Tene enchant premade match. I think it can be a great video in the making. Just saying.

    P.S. You could farm portals for Savage rank 7+ for offensive slots. Its the future I can see it.

    Tenebrous are pretty bad since not only do they have a long internal CD, they also use your *current* HP instead of your *max* HP. I could swear when I got mine it was using *max* HP. I got rid of them for armor pen and it's just much better.

    I spent over 2 weeks of farming ad and have 5 normal tene and now they change the enchants to a 20sec cd wtf PW getting sick of being ****ed over.

    Stalwart bulwark set you ****ed me over with also I spent 4-5 days farming the pieces and then it don't work unless all lvl 60 pieces or all below 60 pieces I'm getting tired of being ****ed over in this game I think I might leave instead of spending real money on items that your just going to change what these items do like wtf is that all about.

    When you invest time and money into something in the belief of the return told to you from your investor then yes its only right to complain about unfair conduct.

    They have changed both items without even a notice to the public which is completely wrong and probably against the law. I don't care about the items or how amazing an item is... I do however care about my time and my money.

    Neyph69 all I get from your post is a angry little kid that may of got killed by these items, so therefore you are in-fact crying that these items are op'd this thread is about the undisclosed "Nerf" pw have done.

    I put it this way to you Neyph you farm a dungeon over and over for a week to get a piece of Armour drop for the set bonus then 4 days later they change the set bonus to be useless would you not feel cheated of your time spent in game?

    a 4 year old couldve told you that tene gets the bat.
    but i guess if you see people from beverage selling guilds (name edited to ensure anonymity) braggin how they smash players with their 6 Greter tene builds, its only logical that the boys will hop on that tene train.

    Needs to be nerfed into the ground. One tene per armor with a 60 sec cooldown like everything else.
    There is no worse feeling in the world than the moment during an argument you realize you are wrong.
