A note to authors of recently published quests looking for reviews...

Thursday, June 13, there was a patch to the game that fixed sounds in our quests, and added some new settings and assets for us to use. Cryptic had to republish everyone's quest to apply these fixes, which took the entire day, and into Friday morning. Something then went wrong Friday morning, and the foundry was taken down. It wasn't brought back up until late Monday night (all time references are U.S. time). So, today (Tuesday) was the first chance that most of us had access to edit our quests after the changes made last Thursday.

I've noticed quite a few new requests for reviews that have gotten few, if any, replies. Please don't be discouraged. I have a lot of post-it notes on my desk of new foundries i want to test, but i spent all day today trying to tweak my own. Don't give up on us yet, we're not ignoring you. Give us a couple days to tweak our quests, then maybe bump your requests if no one has replied yet.

This is a good community and there are some very helpful people here that are eager to review your quests. It's just a timing issue due to all the downtime.

    I expected a decent flood of requests after the outage. Personally, I've been trying to be proactive by reviewing every request I can find on here. I figure the more my name gets out there, the more likely someone is to review my project. But the immediate response has been very friendly. So I would add if you have a new quest and want reviews, find other people asking for reviews and start making some contacts!

    Very thoughtful to put up this post, and definitely a good point. Most people have been waiting impatiently for the Foundry to come back up for 4 days.

    Anyone with new quests, as mentioned above definitely feel free to bump your threads in a few days.

    Hey Kolde!

    I put endless hours into my quest over the last weeks. But it's in German. :/
    Hope some of you will check it up anyway if it's done!?

    Will write a text for you that will explain what is happening while the quest. Hope some of you will rate my map-design and stuff. That would be amazing.

    @oggbrox: My husband speaks German. I'll ask him to play it with me and then we can both review it. What is the name and NW# of the quest you want reviewed?

    Too true. There's just a lot going on right now, what with the Enclave event, and the foundry only just coming back online. Plus the official Neverwinter release is imminent and most players are gonna' want to check out that new content. It may be a while before things normalise around here.

    Hey, that's sounds pretty cool! Hope you will have fun. But it's not done yet - must complete the finishing touch. This will take many days. Thank you! Will send you my thread with the NW# soon. :)
