can someone clarify for me why the power shield for some CWs are blue while for others its purple... what is the difference please?

    Depends on if you have it "slotted" in your Spell Mastery slot (TAB key.) If it's in a standard Encounter skill slot, it will appear blue. In the SM slot, it's purple.

    If you place shield on mastery slot (tab) u get the purple version it has a bit more damage absorption and knockback, on the encounter slots, its the green version, less damage absorption and knockback, every spell has a effect if u place it on mastery slot, make sure you read and test them.

    Blue = normal.

    Purple = spell mastery. It blocks more damage and pushes things back further.
