Anyone know if there is a way to force this to happen? Also how is it different from a regular login?
If I log out in the main city hub I can't seem to log my character back in unless its a very none peek time, like 9am.

Why does it sound fishy? If i log out in the city hub I just cant seem to get back in without trying to connect for 30 mins getting disconnected over and over. If i make a new character in the starter zone i can log right in. I have the feeling it has to do with the instancing and overcrowding. I've noticed i get disconnected when trying to change instances to join a party, then i cant seem to reconnect after, it just disconnects over and over. When i finally get back in, im not even in the new instance. So it seems like whats happening is its trying to put me into an instance with too many people already and it cant, so it just disconnects me. I've seen the safe login message before after crashing trying to enter forge instances. Im guessing it puts you in a low traffic instance, which might solve my issue.

No I didnt, if I crash, then it gives me the safe login option. If i get disconnected in the city hub due to traffic, i dont get the option for safe login. So no i didnt.

Double click the launcher, click the Options in the upper right hand corner. Click the Safe Mode option. Log into the game, when you load in fix your graphical setting back to however you had them.

No problem man. I had to enter in that way for a few days as PE would just hang on load for the longest time, something to do with running the game at max settings or some such.
