GWF/GF Con/Dex Stat contributing after patch?

Can anyone confirm if the Con/Dex Resistance lowering effect is fixed with the patch to work in conjunction with the ArmPen stat percentage?

Example: If Someone has ArmPen 700, which should equal 5% resistance reduction, and a Con of 20 which equals a 10% resistance reduction, is that combining (in an additive manner) to be a total of 15%?

    Thats what ive been told, as ive wondered the same. Im currently swapping my ArPen from enchants to Power because i was over the cap, but ive done no real testing. Im hoping someone has already ran some numbers and we will get some posts or guide updates about it soon.

    Ditto. I wasn't able to do testing the past weekend, or yesterday, before the patch to crunch numbers with the same bonus's applied between... So it's all a guess on my end!

    Heh slackers, do your own tests! ;)

    I managed a very rudimentary test this morning, zombie hulk in neverdeath mitigated 7% against my lowby GF with 19 Dex and no ArP. So my guess is an additive bonus to ArP which is awesome, but wait for more tesing before replacing your ArP gear.

    I haven't really noticed any difference with my gf. Also theres no armor pen in the tool tip either when i highlight over dex so if any1 can update me on this that would be great if the gf works.

    Actually I can confirm it, 16% mitigation without this bonus, 7% with it, from a 19 Dex. Can't drop armor below 0%, just like regular ArPen.

    With my GWF build by the end when I reach 60 I should be at 20, or 21 with my Constitution. I haven't decided yet.

    On my Sentinel build it is 23 (24 w/Campfire), so I am uber happy it works. ;)

    My GF has 18 Dex, wish I could swap the dex and con in 16STR/16Con/12Dex I rolled at start.
