  I wonder where OP saw actual medieval like armors in this game? It is high fantasy, everything.

  Steel colored and covering whole body =/= Medieval. Neverwinter is high fantasy, though it has much better art style than anime fantasy.

  All High Fantasy armors. Just because they have full plate and chain main doesn't make it Medieval.
