New Profession: Alchemy... dafuq? where?

Hello
I saw that there were new patch for neverwinter announcing that they added new profession: Alchemy.
But where?
How does the new profession work? Press 'n' in game to open the Professions window. Select an Apothecary, Mixologist, Assistant Alchemist, Master Alchemist, or Grandmaster Alchemist. Then, gather or purchase any necessary resources for your task. Note that some tasks may require you to convert existing resources into colored Vitriols which are then used to create another type of resource.

How can i get Apothecary then lol?

    I believe it doesn't go live until launch, which is the 20th.

    Hopefully the new potions won't be used in pvp, for example:

    Potion of Power
    Fill 25% of Action Points

    Yup, that's what we need is CWs ice knifing like crazy or TRs getting LA a lot faster and going to town.

    How can I progress in Alchemy? Although I have 7 slots available I can only get one rank 1 alchemist. How can I get more?

    Quite an old thread here. Anywho, you advance in Alchemy by completing the experimentation and research tasks. Normal crafting tasks will NOT yield alchemy EXP.

    FWIW, basic alchemy assets are on the AH for about 300-400 AD each.
