Question about Sinister Shade Set Bonus

so, this set bonus...how exactly does it work?

in the english client is says
"when you critically strike a foe you have combat advantage on you have a 15% chance to gain 1013 recovery for 6 secons"
which i read as: when i crit someone i have CA on, i have a chance to recovery

now yesterday one of my guildies told us what the set bonus says in the german client and it boils down to:
"when you crit someone, you gain combat advantage and have a 15% chance for 1013 recovery for 6 seconds"

is anyone out there with the full set and has tested it so he could tell me if its just wonky wording or just another wrong german translation?

    I have the full set just got them all yesterday. I try to test them later, and get back here. :)

    The english version is correct, but poorly worded by the devs. It should be something like: When you have combat advantage and critically strike a foe...

    You had it right.
