I got all the way to level 60 on my TR grouping just for Dungeons & Skirmishes. As I continue through the quest content, I'm starting to run into problems with dying, which hasn't ever been a real problem. Even if I survive a fight I've downed 2-3 potions.
So, the responsible party is:
1. I just suck.
2. Recent nerfs.
3. Gear?
Please chime in as I'd like to go through all the solo content when I don't feel like grouping up. Thanks!

Mobs scale up quite a bit at level 60. Still soloable though.
For solo content, try taking a healer companion to reduce your potion usage & also kite the mobs.
or use the stunk lock combo, stealth up>attack 1-2times>shadowstrike while still stealthed>wait for daze to wear off while attacking>dazing strike>smoke bomb(though if your killing a group, use smoke instead of dazing then dazing>and just keep repeating this
i use this in pve solo
also use bloodbath as you do tons of dmg without taking any dmg

I need to do some research! I'm basically a glass cannon I now realize. Maximized all my DPS but nothing for protection/misdirection. Thanks for telling me I suck It is often true!

this^ (except the the suck part...he's just trolling)
I experimented a bit with skills and perma-stealth seems to be the best way to solo mobs. You can try what works best for yourself but shadow strike, bait and switch and smoke bomb seems to have me walking away from fights untouched. I think there's a guide on this as well but its mostly common sense.

Excellent! I was searching for a PvE build. I'll check out the perma-stealth one first. Tyvm!

Hhhmmm...It looks like the perma-stealth build posted on these forums is for PvP. Is there a PvE version you could direct me to please?
Thanks again!

The skill rotation is pretty much the same.
I use a PvE DPS build which is essentially a slight variation of Metzli's (I prefer stamina regen & additional HP over the action advantage) that can use the stealth rotation just fine.
But doing so gives you virtually no leeway if you get hit since that'll break the rotation & take you out of stealth early.
Which doesn't really matter in a end game group PvE as you'll rarely be hit if playing properly.
