Higher stats, except Recovery, and less damage? How?!

Anybody else having the same problem?
It doesn't makes sense, higher stats, even GS, and lower attack

    I am pretty sure it is because of Recovery. With Recovery shorting your cool downs, which makes your DPS higher because you can use your skills faster, they must be including the Recovery stat into the final damage calculations.
