Someone was showing one for sale in zone chat today. How is that possible? I thought they were only from the celestial coin things. Is there another way to acquire them now that I was not aware of?

That would mean the person found a way to hack the coins. Also if that is the case they are an idiot for buying that item as it's an obvious hack.

Nobody should have an Angel of Protection to the best of my knowledge. Are you sure they weren't just sending the stats by examining an icon or something and pressing shift + left click?

Otherwise feel free to report any suspicious action like that for review! :)

Report him. If he's clean, he shouldn't afraid. You buy his stuff you on his same boat.

I am positive it was genuine. I even thought maybe the had another purp pet and changed the name to make it appear as though it was an angel, but the description was correct. Could I take a screenie of it, and how do I do that?

Did you see it in a trade window?
If not, and he was selling it, then it's probably a scam.

Yes but he could of seen the Angel of Protection in the shop and simply linked it in the chat. It doesn't guarantee he owns it unless it is in the AH.

So it could be a player filled with hot air looking for such a reaction out of players.

Report him in game though. PWE will look into it if you feel it's worth investigating.

Ty very much, that must have been what he did. I was not aware you could link right from the shop - scammers must love that, lol.
