Heya guys, i'm a new player, and i have some questions for veteran of Neverwinter.

1) Leveling is done only in dungeons?
2) How long are queue times for the 3 different role?
3) How much day of daily tasks you have to do for respec without pay?

Thanks to all in advance and sorry for my bad english, or if the above questions have already beeen answered.

Leveling is done in the environment/story instances. Dungeons, and PvP.

Queue times vary. Devoted Cleric is more sought after.
    PvP queue is near instant.
Skirmish timers seem to take forever.
Dungeon timers...you are better off organizing a premade team.
    3) Id say about 2-3 weeks of extremely casual play (1hr/day plus gateway use for professions)

    1. You can level by Invoking(daily prayer), the Leadership Profession, performing quests, fighting skirmishes, running dungeons, playing Foundry missions.
    2. There are 5 different classes at the moment with more coming out. Queue times vary with dungeon and time of day. As osadamsk said making your own group is the best way, but that can take up to an hour to find enough people who want to run a dungeon. The Queue does not consider classes when making a group.
    3. Respec costs $6($3 after the 20th), no matter how much you play.

Also remember this game is based on the D&D rule set, which is owned by a different company, so not everything will work as it does in other MMOs.

I role play from about 13 years so i know is different from other mmo, and is really nice. So regarding queue, if i do a claric or tank, i will not have less queue time?

As people said the que can vary for different dungeons. For Epic Mad Dragon you are never going to get a full party to complete it. Kurrandax and Frozen Heart will pop almost instantly with any class.

Also be aware that Tanking and Healing is so very different from table top and other MMO's that I'm leary to tell people to play them as a main if you haven't played this game some with a dps class first at 60.

No. The Queue takes the first 5 people and puts them in a group regardless of class. Your class will not make the wait time shorter.

For dungeons it does make a check for clerics I thought?

Pre 60, you will have less queue time, since the system does try to make up a full party.
However, it seems that there is a threshold of time, after which the queue system will try to make a party out of whatever it can, rather than leave people in the queue for many hours. So if there are 100 people in the queue, 95 of which are TRs and CWs, they will have a significantly longer wait time, and may end up in a group with no Cleric or Guardian if they have to wait long enough.

Post-60 I'm not sure. My Cleric seems to have shorter queue times than my GWF, and a better chance of a balanced party, but I don't have enough data points: I may have just got lucky.
Or it may be the same system, and its just the fact that there are just many times more DPS characters around than the 3/5ths that would mean balanced parties that is causing the long waits then random groupings.

Actually to level I'd avoid dungeons unless you actually get a mission for one, avoid Skirmishes too, and PVP just do the mission chains until you hit level 60 then go and do all the other stuff to your heart's content. While leveling it's way to easy to outlevel content at it's intended level if you do just do the missions gained from the NPCs.

While true, just wanted to mention that you can still respec for free by converting Astral Diamonds to Zen. The rates fluctuate a lot, but it seems to usually run in the range of 300-500 Astral Diamonds for 1 Zen. At those conversion rates, $3 would be 300 Zen or 90000 - 150000 Astral Diamonds. Even with *very* casual daily play (do a few foundrys, pvp runs, some leadership tasks, invocations etc.) you should be able to make 10k/day. So we're talking 9-15 days for a respec. At the moment, if you run epic dungeons, you can make much more, but that will change significantly once most epic drops become BoP.

In my opinion, 9-15 days of casual play per respec is insane -- but the game is free, so I can't legitimately complain.
