I ran about 8-10 T2 epics this weekend PUG'ing through the Queue systems. The most successful run was Castle Never. We downed the first two bosses and gave up on the third. The other 9 runs of various T2 content were a disaster. People would constantly drop from the group if we even wiped once, or if pulls weren't smooth. The problem was that once someone dropped there was seemingly no way to refill their spot, so the group would almost immediately disband. This made running dunegons a total waste of time and extremely frustrating. Is PWE planning on addressing this problem in an upcoming patch, or am I missing an ingame feature that could have solved all of our issues?
The queue does fill, sometimes. It was supposed to be fixed in the prior patch but doesn't seem to be working 100% of the time. In fact, it doesn't seem to be working 50% of the time. In addition, one of the issues is there does not seem to be as many people queuing any more so it could take quite a while for the queue system to fill you and by then people give up and disband.
The patch was supposed to fix that. But it is too hard for them to get it working.
Too hard as in too complex? Coding complexity? Isnt this sort of thing a staple in most other MMO's? Surely they've had enough time to figure this out given the fact the game is about to go live. Players will be hitting 60 within a week of the game going live. I think this kind of issue needs to be sorted out immediately.....like a hotfix type of thing.

That makes sense. People may have lost faith in the Queuing system if its been like this for so long, so they dont even bother trying regardless of whether it's been fixed or not. It may take time (and the game going live) for confidence in the system to be re-established.

IF the supposed fix is in place, how do you activate the re-quest to fill the party spot?
Is it automatic or must the party leader do something?
