inb4 it's a free game gotta make money somehow!!
Ok it's completely stupid how they charge us $5 to respec Powers, and you basically have to spend $5 to respec feats as well due to it costing the ridiculous amount of 150k AD!!!! I get that you guys need to make money somehow, but these are BASIC needs that you're exploiting out of your players, and personally it has made me (And dozens of guildies/friends I know) quit playing as much as we used too.
Cryptic Studios gives us a dinky bank, and charges us $6 for more slots. TWO (2) DOS Character slots, there is another $5... And a mount you'll basically HAVE to buy cause you'll NEVER get 2m in game to buy the **** training thing.
It's just ruining your own game and forcing people to quit here...

Respecing shouldn't cost real money, that's just a bottom line and they are ruining the game with this.
Go to the zen store and buy EXACTLY 300 zen. And that is just besides the point, yes they lowered it but you can't sit there and say it's right to charge us money to respec.
Posting a HUGE ISSUE with this game that should be fixed to fix it and make more people want to play is a "personal QQ"? Yeah... i guess you're completely right, sorry man forgot what a forum was for here.

ive not spent a single dollar on this game. today i decided to spent 1.1mill on bags... 24slot bags
ive got full tenebrous, weaver, ancient, vizier, stone25 etc
ive gotten 10+ haircuts for fun
ive got an infernal mount and i got bored so i opened boxes untill i had 2500 bars for the twilight mount.
ive got a respec token + the one they gave us.
IVE NOT SPENT A SINGLE CENT ON THIS GAME. spend the time playing that you do here *****ing, you might make a few bucks.

This game has way too few powers and feats to even mess up your build in the first place. I would agree with you if this game had the same character customization like DDO and u needed to buy a lesser heart to fix mistakes on build.
And yes, 300zen its pocket change should i need to spend it on the store or AD exchange to get the token.
You can't even buy $2.50 in zen, you're still forced to purchase $5 total, first off. Second off it's ruining the game. Not all of us have money to just throw away over something we ALL need. If I had money right now I'd probably still be on WoW, where I can respec by slamming my face on my keyboard. So yeah, you can call me stupid for not finding it fair to be forced to spend money on something that is "Free" (For ingame currency, at a reasonable amount... 150k ad??? are you high???).

Not only is the price unreasonable, customization is a key feature any RPG has, something wich they're clearly exploiting players for by limiting it to an unacceptable price.
Only the richest ****s can enjoy the versatility they offer.
Customizing characters, both visually and gameplay wise (through talents and powers) are what define RPGs and their roleplaying parts. Unfortunately, these features are used here to make money quick and not to keep players interested.
Get used to it for f2p games.
While subscription based MMOs tries to please their consumers to stay longer, by giving features that are accessible and extend the life of your game by adding versatility, options and customization.
For f2p games its different. While they're designed for player convenience, they're implemented for them to make money.
Its their only source of income, but its also ruining their long term playerbase.
F2P games are notoriously bad at staying active, and so does its community. As a result, they try to milk out as much money before it starts to fail.
Unlike successful subscription based games, they're not designed for longevity.
Want to talk about a rip-off, how about the Zen costs of bags and bank slots? Of course it wouldn't be so bad if Cryptic didn't do their best to fill your existing slots with oh lets see..3 slots of ID scrolls, 18 potions, 9x12 different enchant levels and types. The transparency of their blatant attempt to drive us to buy bags and bank slots is really offensive.
Why do you think you should be able to respec in the first place? "But WoW did it!" or what?
