Auction house taking higher percentage then stated

So when I post items to the auction house it states10% trading fee, when the items sold its actually taking 12.5%

Why is this different, pretty simple to make sure they are aligned.

    mine says 12.5%

    10% in the gateway
    10% when talking to the auctioneer
    12.5% through the broker

    So which is it or is it really stupid and go with what the buyer actually uses?

    I'm getting 12.5% taken on everything, even non-equipment items that couldn't be purchased through the broker.
