There was a very simple solution for Need or Greed rolls in some other games I have played. For instance Warhammer had this perfect system - you can only need for items meant for your class and greed for everything else. With this system, no one is being hurt after a long dungeon run with strangers.
I have heard about that WOW need system where item becomes bound, but IMHO that system sucks - people will still Need for it, just to sell it for gold, if nothing else.
Another thing we need in this game is solution for kicking from dungeons at the end of the match. Too often people kick everyone else at the end sso they can pick up boss loot. Kicking should be alowed only by voting and no other way.

So if there were two CWs and one of them needed on the item just to sell it in the AH, the other one isn't hurt? This system is already in play and it fixes nothing because after a CN run i can just need on a symbol and sell it if I wanted to.

Thats right, same classes can all need for same class item. It worked great in Warhammr online.
