Can you start over?

Any way you can start over after you've reached lv60 endgear..and all that.. anyway you can like replay all the missions objectives from point 1 with the same character..?

    No, but you can go back and take any quests you have missed.

    Wouldn't be to sure on that. I went back to the peaks and had only 1 quest. And yes, I know the quest givers don't display low level quests. But I rode through the area talking to every NPC I could find. Just to see if I could find some. Only the one quest was active.
